The conditions that come with browsing this website. Work we do for a client is covered by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

Accepting these terms: These terms apply whenever you use this website. By using it, you accept them.
What the site is for: The site explains the services Vectis Works provides. Nothing on it is an offer to supply those services. Any engagement is governed by a written agreement that both sides sign, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Sample screens and figures: Every dashboard, drawing, chart, time and number on this site, and in the sample dashboard it links to, uses sample data. None of it is a result from a client, and none of it promises an outcome.
Our business emails: Vectis Works may email professionals whose roles relate to its services. You can end those emails at any time by replying to one of them. The privacy policy explains how we handle the information involved.
How the site may be used: Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it or interfere with how it runs, do not try to reach any part of it or its systems without permission, do not probe or scan it for weaknesses, and do not copy it with automated tools.
Who owns the content: The text, images and other content here belong to Vectis Works or to those who license them to us. You may view the pages and print them for your own business reference. Rights in anything we build for a client are set out in that client's written agreement.
Links and outside services: The site links to vectisworks.com, including its contact form, and to a sample dashboard hosted at shopfloordemo.vectisworks.com. Its typeface is served by Google Fonts. Any third party involved applies its own terms to your use of its service.
No warranties: We provide the site on an "as is" basis and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Vectis Works disclaims every warranty, whether express or implied. Nothing here is professional, engineering, legal or financial advice.
Limits on our liability: To the fullest extent the law allows, Vectis Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunities, that arises from the site. Whatever the claim, our total liability for anything relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Your responsibility for misuse: If your misuse of the site, or your breach of these terms, leads to a claim against Vectis Works, you agree to indemnify us for the resulting losses and costs, reasonable attorneys' fees included.
Law and disputes: Tennessee law, meaning the laws of the State of Tennessee, governs these terms. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where the law does not permit arbitration.
The remaining points: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder still applies. Our not enforcing a term does not waive it. Together with the privacy policy, these terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. We may revise them, and the date near the top of this page shows when that last happened.
